Dennis J. Woods

Dennis is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is registered with the Law Society of England as an Expert Witness. He has extensive experience in the commercial management of building civil engineering projects and has a thorough knowledge of the construction process, from tendering and procurement through project management to dispute resolution and final account. He has acted as Expert Witness in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and has provided contractual and commercial support on a number of large contracts in Hong Kong.

Paul has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in the commercial management of building civil engineering projects and has a thorough knowledge of the construction process, from tendering and procurement through commercial management to dispute resolution and final account. He has provided contractual and commercial support for a range of clients including numerous large contractors in the UK and Hong Kong.
